What Happened
In early 2026, Meta permanently disabled our @khushkush Instagram account. No prior warning. No opportunity to appeal before the action. Just a notification that our account violated their terms of service.
We're a legally licensed cannabis producer operating in full compliance with Washington State law. We've been in business since 2016. We pay taxes. We create jobs. We pass every state inspection and lab test. And yet, in the eyes of Meta, we're treated the same as illegal operations.
This isn't unique to us. Cannabis businesses across the country face this reality daily.
